Probate Litigation
Some probate matters require more formal involvement of the probate court, such as:
- Initiating or responding to litigation to modify, terminate, and/or amend trusts existing under agreements or created by wills
- Preparation and filing of responsive pleadings to actions instituted by other parties in probate court
- Working with families to find solutions to procedural or administrative issues in estate, trust, and protective proceedings
- Appearance and representation at court hearings in behalf of clients
