Probate Litigation

Some probate matters require more formal involvement of the probate court, such as:

  • Initiating or responding to litigation to modify, terminate, and/or amend trusts existing under agreements or created by wills
  • Preparation and filing of responsive pleadings to actions instituted by other parties in probate court
  • Working with families to find solutions to procedural or administrative issues in estate, trust, and protective proceedings
  • Appearance and representation at court hearings in behalf of clients
